#Is Dianoetic free?

Yes. The Base plan is free and includes Canto with 40 credits every 5 hours and 250 a week. Thinker unlocks Fable, Oriel, Dianoetic Code and the API.

#Do I need an account?

No. You can chat as a guest. An account saves your chats across devices and unlocks memory, projects and plugins.

#Which model should I use?

Leave it on Auto. It picks Oriel for maths and code, Fable for writing and websites, and Canto for quick questions.

#Why did I get a "busy" message?

Lots of people are using that model right now. Wait a moment and try again, or switch models. Status shows what's running.

#My credits ran out. What now?

They refill every 5 hours and every week, and the message tells you when. You can also earn extra credits by inviting friends with /invite.

#Can I upload a whole project?

Yes. Attach it as a zip. See Zip files.

#Are my chats used to train models?

Only if you turn on Improve Dianoetic in Settings → Data controls.

#How do I report a bug?

Type /feedback in any chat, or use /feedback in the Discord server.
