Plugins, skills and memory

Web search and other plugins, custom skills, memory, projects and custom instructions.

#Plugins

Plugins give Dianoetic tools, like searching the web for current news and docs. Turn them on or off with + next to the message box, or type /plugins. When a plugin is used, the answer lists its sources.

You can add your own plugins in Settings → Plugins.

#Skills

Skills are saved instructions for tasks you repeat, like "write in my brand's style" or "review code against my checklist". Create them in Settings → Personalization, then turn them on when you need them.

#Memory

With memory on, Dianoetic remembers useful facts you share, such as your name or the tools you use, and brings them up when they're relevant. A small note appears under an answer when it saves something.

See, add or delete memories in Settings → Personalization, or type /memory. You can turn memory off at any time.

#Custom instructions

Tell Dianoetic about yourself and how you like answers, for example "keep answers short" or "I'm learning Python". These apply to every new chat. Set them in Settings → Personalization.

#Projects

Projects group related chats and share notes between them, so you don't have to repeat context. Create one from the sidebar.
